www and firewall

I'm trying to share my folders over the internet so i can access them at work via my web browser. I shared my folders to the web and it's listed in Internet Info Services, but i cannot connect. I did get Remote Access to work by opening ports in my firewall (linksys BEFSX41). ANy ideas on why the http is not being broadcast?
 
Broadcast won't pass over most routers and won't work over the interent.
Forward port 80 on your router to your IIS server and connect over a web
browser using http://yourwanipsaddress
