help! when shutting down windows the process stalls,then
wupdater.exe. appears telling me the program is not
responding.i need to end the program to close or cancel.
any got any idea,s of how to cure this,thankyou

thankyou for your advice,but kephyr.com is not

responding on the net at present,will other spyware
killers wipe out this file?as deleting does not work.
