Wrong dates in Windows Live Mail

This is probably not the correct newsgroup, but I could not find a more
suited one. I am using Windows Live Mail and for all the emails in the
Inbox and Sent Mails, it shows the GMT date/time. How can I tell it my
time zone so that it would show when the email arrived in my time zone.
