Worm and AdWare Removal Help Needed

I have Bazooka Spyware AdWare SCanner and I seem to have a
list of things that need to be cleared up

Svchost.worm
W32.Welchia.B.Worm
W32.Sasser.avserve2
CoolWebSearch.madfinder

I need detailed information on how to delete these worms
and adware. If anyone can help, please do. I would just do
system restore but my icons were removed for some odd
reason. If anyone knows how to run system restore with no
icons let me know. And, I do not have the Windows XP cd.
