Word support for OpenOffice.org sxw files?

Hello, is the new Word 2003 able to read the OpenOffice.org writer
documents (format .sxw)?

No. (I suspect you knew this). Works the other way, though.

I knew the answer up to the previous Word version, but I hoped they
added support in this latest version.

Trolling a bit:

<< Now I cannot send .sxw documents due to lack of compatibility, BUT I
can't use Word either, due to lack of compatibility (in case I receive
..sxw documents)!
I'm not sure this was the result that Microsoft wanted to obtain >>
