Winxp Pro and color of start button?

Hi,
I know this sounds trivial to some of the problems
i read here but, i installed xp pro on five systems
in our office. One of the computers has a grey
start button while the other four are green.
The color of everything else seems the same.
I have tried adjusting various settings and it
doesn't make a difference.
