winlogon wakes disk from sleep every 90 min

Hi, here's my problem:

When I watch TV / satellite or listen to radio stream, I'd like my disk to
be in SLEEPING state FOR HOURS.

But service/process 'winlogon' needs to read or write to disk aprox. every
90min. I found that by monitoring disk activity by FILEMON. It read som
information about Group Policy, then about WBEM Repository, and Registry.

Please, how to set up the time interval of winlogon's activity, or disable
it completle?

Thanks. Martin from Slovakia
