I recently purchased this laptop at an auction. And I love
it except for one problem. It must have belong to a
company. There are company files and other items that I
have to have a password to get in. I don't know the
passwords. How can I get this information off the laptop
without damageing the laptop. Any information will be
greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'm not an expert by any means but I would think the company would have
cleaned the hard drive before selling it. Anyway - your only option may be
to reformat the hard drive. Did you get a restore disk or operating system
disk with it?
