Windows XP Pro will restart after connect to Internet every 2 minutes

After I connected to the internet with IE of XP Pro.
System will show message " This shutdown was initiated by
NT Authority\system, RPC Service are terminate
unexpectdly" and program countdown 1 minute and warn for
save task before shutdown ... How to fix this problem
