Built a system with a Chaintech ZNF3-150 Motherboard and
AMD 64 3200 processor with a PNY GeForce FX 5950 it will
NOT load windows XP.. or win2k for that matter I have all
the jumpers right, I have a compatible hard drive and I
just built a system with a Soyo Dragon motherboard that
was Identical and I had NO problems. I have gotten Blue
screens at every turn and done way too much
troubleshooting off the stop errors such as 0x0000008e,
0x000000a etc.. Any Ideas? HElp?

Most likely a hardware problem.
Reseat all cards and cables.

Try different slots as applicable.

Remove/swap memory ensuring to stay above the Windows XP 64MB minimum.

Remove unnecessary cards such as sound, network etc.

.

Swap out hardware components until the problem goes away.
Possibly a bad motherboard.
