WINDOWS XP HOTFIX

I WAS REMOVING A PROGRAM FROM MY COMPUTER TODAY AND
FOUND SEVERAL PROGRAMS TITLED WINDOWS XP HOTFIX. WHAT ARE
THESE AND HOW DID THEY GET ON MY COMPUTER? CAN I REMOVE
THEM?

Those are the updates you have downloaded from Windows Update.
If you remove them, you also remove the updates.

However you can safely delete the uninstall files.
