I have reinstalled Xp on my computr as there was some
problem, and my computer's performance reduces
drastically. iam using a Pentium 4, 240GHz, 512Mb RAM.
previously my computer worked properly. it is taking 8
folds the time it used to take to load the Operating
System previously. please do help me in this matter

Empty the prefetch, temporary internet files (offline files too), and your temp
folders and defrag your system. You should notice a big boost immediately.
