Windows will not start. Not even in safe mode of any kind

The computer was turned off at the power source instead
of a shut down. Now it will not start windows. It goes to
safe mode screen but will not start in either mode.

Put in your recovery CD on select the r key do a repair

install to get it to run.When you get it to run run your
antivirus first thing,make sure it's updated,if you do
not have one get a free year from MS update page here

the one from computer associates,EZ-AV I have it and it
works great.
