Windows updater from WildTangent, Inc.

The program 'wcmdmgr.exe' from WildTangent, Inc. is trying to update Windows files or embed file into windows, I think. I found out that the company that produces this program is a software developer for games. Unless it is a Windows 2000 program, I don't want to let it in even if it is not harmful. But, if it harmful, I would like to inform WildTangent to stop sending me the program. Can any one tell me what it is?
