Windows Update Failure

I have tried repeatedly to update my XP system using the
on-lne update feature. However every time I try, after
selecting the updates I wish to download and install, all
I get is the notice that the selected updates failed to
download and install, Error # 80246005.

This only recently became a problem, previous updates
(prior to SP2) worked fine.

Any suggestions.
