Windows Update Error 0x800A0007

Anyone know what this is? I can't get WU to run at all. I even deleted
the iuctl and iuengine files and reloaded the software - still won't run.

And oh yeah, I also can't run any .msc files from the Microsoft
Management Console.

Are these problems related?

0x800A0007 is an out of memory error. Is your computer
running a bit low on physical or virtual memory???
Here is a cached site that mentions a possible problem
