I have microsoft automatice updates. I was updating my
computer to install the Service Pack 2 after about 15
minutes I got an error message that said "Access Denied".
The program began to unistall. Please advise.

You do not have administrator privilege. Get someone who has the right to run
that computer to install service pack 2.
