windows password help

I forgot my admin password, and now I cannot restart my
pc or anything. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

have u tried answering the hint question. does that work
if not i can only suggest

oops sorry
i can only suggest that you have a friend try hack the
password.
or do a reinstall of windows use a simpler password for
the admin that way u do not forget or write it down
