How to I stop a background program from changing focus when user input is
required. I hate this. I commonly start a program in the background. Then I
switch to another application to start working. I would like the background
application to not interfere with what I am doing until I decide to switch to
the background application. I do not wish to be interupted by the background
application.

Just download and run the script. You can right-click it, click Edit to
