Windows Explorer: Toolbar and menu bar is missing

Dear all,

The toolbar and menu bar in my Windows Explorer disappeared suddently.

I have searched similar topics in the newsgroup and found a .exe tool from
below.

Instead of using the tool in:

Restore/Repair Toolbars in IE and/or Windows Explorer (Line 3)
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

Can I modify the registry manually to get my toolbar back? How?

Sure, but it would entail doing manually what my .exe or script does
automatically. Or you could opt for the run command fix. More info on this
can be found via my site and/or reading previous replies made here.
