Windows 2003 Server License questions

I'm new to the windows server area, coming from novell area. I have a
few questions on windows server licensing.
For one server i realize i will need 1 license for every person /or
device connecting to the server depending on which way i choose. But
what happens if i want to introduce a second server? Do i need Another
Server license and duplicate the client / device licenses too?

every server has a license ...everyone connecting to a server must have a
license
