Win XP screen font missing in IE6

I have Win XP Pro SP1 & the text font in all of my IE
screens & dialog boxes is missing. Even the NAV 2003 main
screen is missing all the normal text font.

I have tried reseting IE options to default.

Any ideas

When I was using StylesXP, certain themes would cause the text to go
missing in the Help files. If you're a third party theme program, try
switching to a standard XP theme. Then check to see if the fonts have
returned in those applications.
