why to Express and not to Outlook?

Recently installed Office Pro. Outlook is not pulling all my messages from my
ISP but I can open my Outlook Express & it downloads everything. From there,
I can forward from Express to my ISP address. Then Outlook '03 will download
those messages.

Are both programs trying to access the same POP3 mailbox at your ISP? It
sounds like OE is pulling from one mailbox then forwarding it to another that
Outlook is accessing
 
Yes, they are both accessing my POP3 mailbox, but it seems like Outlook is
not pulling everything. I will open Outlook '03 & it will download some of my
mail. I'll then open OE & it will download everything else. Then I can
forward it to Outlook. I'm trying to figure out how to add friend with the
e-mails I've forwarded but it only adds my e-mail since I'm the one who
forwarded. Thanks.
