Why is outlook '07 so slow?

I'm using a new Dell XPS, Core 2 Duo / 4G RAM?? I continuously get "not
responding" errors. I can type 2 sentences before it shows up on the screen.
It takes at least 10 seconds to open an email by the time it responds to my
message selection. Very annoying! I have Office Professional and Business
Contact Manager.

Get the Outlook Performance Update linked below. Make sure to read the
KB article though, because there is something you need to do for BCM
with this update.
