Why can't I type in the designated boxes on the resume wizard?

I'm trying to type in the boxes under the headings in the resume wizard in
microsoft office. It allows me to type one letter and that's it. I really
want to use this but can't if I can't type any of my informatiion. Why isn't
it letting me?
