Where does it live?

I split my time between my desktop,laptop, or when onsite, a client's
desk top . I'd like to keep my .pst files on a memory stick so I can
"take it with me."

I've done a search for *.pst without any hits, but I can export pst
files successfully.

They've got to be somewhere! Where do my pst files live, and can I set
the default save to the memory stick?
