Where do find Windows PE 1.5?

Hi,
Is Windows PE 1.5 the same as Windows PE 2004 or are they separate versions
of tools. I need to obtain the 1.5 version specifically - does anyone know
where I can find this?
 
Windows PE 1.5 is version Windows PE 2004. There also exists an OEM
version with additional tools and documentation.

The Corporate version Its available on the Volume License download
servers. The OEM version is bundled wirh OEM media.
