Website not displaying all buttons

I'm trying to upload pictures to my son's little league website. I've been
given an admin password to do this. Everything works great when I upload
pictures from my work PC. (Win2000 IE6) However, when I try to perform the
same task on my home PC (Win XP Pro IE6) the upload button is missing from
the admin screen.

The button may be a java script of some sort, I'm not really sure. Can
anybody explain why the button does not show up on my home PC?

I've compared my IE settings - security/advanced. The only thing I noticed
was the Microsoft VM (java permissions) section was missing from my home
browser.

I have JRE software. I guess my thought process was wrong. What else can I check?

From what I read on these news group XP does not come with Java.

Check in a XP group.
