Want to know why people switch to non-MS products?



I have posted in the Office Online discussion groups (business contact
manager) about actually spending some of my hard-earned cash with MS and no
one from MS has responded to my PRE_SALES technical questions....

I called support and spoke to someone who was allegedly and BCM expert and
he didn't have a damned clue! He promised someone would call me FIRST THING
this morning... It is now almost 10:00AM and still no call. I delayed a
customer visit to be here as this is important to my small business.

How on Earth do you expect any form of loyalty when we are treated like this?
