w2003 VPN without NAT

I'm having a problem with disabling NAT on one of our servers.
We need to have vpn access to the server, and it hosts some web sites, so
http has to go through.

Everything works fine, I've set up basic firewall in RRAS mmc, allowing http
traffic, and some other things.
Few days ago, I've checked our iis log file, and all of the requests are
coming from the same IP, IP of that machine. I guessed NAT is operational,
and tried to disable it, but keeping vpn access and also some filtering.

Can anyone point me somewhere where I can read how to do that? To disable
NAT (we need to know about our visitors) and to have vpn enabled at the same
time?

Thanks.
