I unfortunately received this little gem on my system and
I have been trying to clean it out of my system for over
two weeks. It hijacked my home web page. It has
disabled my add/remove programs. I have about six
different anti-spyware programs to clean this out and
they only do the job part way. I have Norton Internet
Security and it is blocking pop-up ads and ad-aware is
blocking more changes to my registry after I got my home
web page back. I have tried finding the offending
program in regedit wihout success. I want my system back.

Assuming all your anti-spyware programs were updated with
the lastest defenitions, you may want to post a log file
at the adaware forum.

You can also try a goggle search. I just did, and came
up with several hits. Evidently this particular
(spyware/garbage) is difficult to remove.

Some of the links mentioed The Kill Box, although that
didn't seem to help, but you can give it a try. I don't
have a recent link for that.

Like I said your best bet is posting at Lavasoft.
