I've just installed Office XP Professional and now use outlook instead of
outlook express.
The problem I am having is how my Husband can view his emails in a separate
inbox to mine i.e. in outlook express 6 you click FILE then SWITCH IDENTITY,
but now I don't have the same option. Is it possible for him to open his
emails in a new window?

Set up mail profiles (control panel | mail) for each of you, and tell it to
prompt for a profile. Then when you close Outlook, you can choose which one.
You must close OL and reopen it to do this -and if outlook.exe is left
hanging/running in the background for some reason (fax/sync software, etc)
you won't get prompted for the profile, so be aware....you may need to end
task on outlook.exe in task manager.
