View of Explorer.exe change from time to time

In explorer.exe I use as default the details view.
I applied this change to all folders by the tools/options menu.

But it's not allways giving me the details view for the same folder.

What registry item is handling this and can this be set to detail view.
 
Windows stores view settings here

1:[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\BagMRU]

2:[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\Bags]

delete the two keys, reboot

set folder options to details for all.
