view client's screen?!

Hi all,
I was wondering if there was a way to view the clients screen from the
server. This would be quite handy for technical support help on the asp.net
application.
I know XP has it's on way of doing this but that wouldn't work since not all
client's are using xp.. and i know msn messenger does this for chatting, so
there must be a way..
if anyone has any ideas please let me know..

also, i'm having uploading problems with my application.. it works for
little files, but when you try uploading a bigger file, rightaway it'll go to
the "page could not be found" page... any ideas?

you could take a look at a product called VNC

Obviously this would not be possible without the client installing some
sort of application on there machine and explcity allowing this. It
would be a very severe security issue if web site owners could view the
desktops of the users visting their sites!
