video problems

i am trying to watch a movie file on my computer but it
will "lag" a lot whilst playing. it does not lag on other
movie files even some at better quality.

any help please?

Open up the task manager and review the cpu usage
from wmp when the problem movie is playing.
If it gets high (above 90% or so) that's the
problem.
