Verry slllooow browser!

My explorer in the last few days has become really slow in
browsing. I have a broadband connection at 500k, this was
fine until a few days ago and now it takes ages to
download a page. Any video files I try to watch are
always "buffering" and only show about 3 seconds until it
has to upload again!!! I have emptied all my temporary
files to speed it up but this still has not worked!! Help
please?????

Sometimes, resetting your modem helps. Turn off your modem
for a few minutes and then turn it back on to reset.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
