I would like to know if there ia a way to make a spinner "run" faster
according to the time it is pressed

Look at the Delay property of the Spinbutton in help. This tells you what
your options are for a spinbutton from the control toolbox toolbar.
 
Dear Mr Ogilvy,
Fro reading your answer, I realized I did not explained myself
correctly. What I want to do is to change the increment, of the spin
button, according to the time it is beeing pressed. for example: if the
Spin Button is linked to an Edit Window, then the first time you press
spin up (and keep pressing) the numbers in the edit window will change
with an increment of one, after awhile (say 0.5 second) the increment
will change to ten etc,.
