Utilities needed?

I am running Windows XP with SP1 and I recently removed Norton Systemworks
2004. I have the free version of AVG AV, Sygate personal firewall, the
Windows XP firewall enabled, AdAware, and Pop Up Stopper installed. I use
disk de-frag, disk cleanup, and check disk on a regular basis. My machine
seems to be running fine, I don't think it misses the Norton stuff at all,
it is a little quicker if anything.

Is there anything I am missing here for proper maintenance of the computer?

Do not enable two firewall programs. If you are using the
Sygate firewall, then disable the Windows XP firewall.

Greetings --

You don't need to have two software firewalls running
simultaneously. You might want to add Spybot Search & Destroy to your
toolkit, as it often finds things that Ad-Aware misses.
