Using Dexplore in VB code

From VB code, I can use Process.Start to open I explorer and go to a Web page. I would like to do the same thing with Dexplore for Visual Studio documentation. For example I would like a code line like the following to work

Process.Start("C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Help\dexplore.exe", "ms-help://MS.VSCC.2003/MS.MSDNQTR.2004JAN.1033/cpref/html/frlrfSystemDiagnosticsProcessClassctorTopic.htm"

I would like it to take me to the "Process Constructor" page. I can't find a way to do it, but it seems that a way should exist. Any ideas?
