how can create a log file of log on activities on my
Multi-user computer?
or better for all activities they do....

If this is a W2K or XP machine you can enable auditing per the local group
policy.

You can enable auditing to track such things as file and directory access
or logon/logoff access.
Information on enabling auditing is outlined in detail in the built in help
in XP and W2K. Just search on "auditing".
