Can I use a full version of XP to do an upgrade from 98se? Also, will
XP upgrade my 98se system that is FAT32 or does XP need NTFS? Thanks!

Yes and yes. Full version can upgrade 98se as long as it's retail and not
OEM. XP can also use FAT32 partitions.

Yes. However, be sure that it's actually a full retail version,
and not an OEM version. An OEM version, which many people confuse
with a full version, can *not* do an upgrade.

Yes.

or does XP need NTFS?

No.
