USB says my device may not work properly?

Sometimes when I plug my USB cable in to my Harmony Remote I get a pop up
that says my device may not work properly yet it seems to work fine. Does
anyone know what's going on with that?

Plugging in a USB 2 device to a USB 1.1 port will raise this notice.
Ignore it.
