As an alternate solution, does your PC have a built-in NIC ?
Network Interface Card. Most Broadband modems have two
connection modes, USB or Ethernet. Look on the back panel
of your PC. If you see a RJ style socket (Similar to a Phone
Jack) but larger you have the hardware you need to connect w/
Ethernet. Hopefully your ISP supplied you with a short cable in
your installation kit. You can also check for a NIC using Device
Manager and expand the Network Adapters category.
A simple PCI NIC is a very inexpensive item (~$10.00 or so).
If your PC doesn't have one, you might consider adding a NIC
and reserve your USB channels/ports for other devices.

My pc has 2 front usb hubs and 2 back ones I have tried all
combinations,
and
even reset my pc to the day I got it and lost all of my products that I
bought, this is really frustrating.
how can I get more power to the individual usb hubs.
:
Are you using the PC's USB ports directly or a hub? You should be
using
a
self-powered hub since you may need more power than what the USB ports
are
providing.
