USB Audio

Setting up the USB, the test will not re-start after it
comes out hibernation. Has anyone seen this problem.
I have had this problem on 2 different machines, one with
USB 2, the same problem on USB 1.1.
Any advice would be helpful.
Is there any other information on building the USB tree,
is a hub requied to do this test.

I am referring to the 11.2 using Win Xp.
The HCT test.
