Win XP
MN-500 Base Station

I keep getting an error stating "Setup has detected that
Universal Plug and Play (uPnP) is not installed." I've
gone to Add/Remove Programs and then Add/Remove Windows
Components and see that uPnP is installed on my system.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail.

I run the unpnp.exe program which enables and disables
uPnP and that program tells me that uPnP is not installed.

Please tell me what I need to do to get this enabled. I
can't get my Base Station up and running without this.

Thank you.

Please check this out:
START > RUN > services.msc
SSDP Discovery Service ----- set this to Automatic and Started
Universal Plug and Play Device Host ------ set this to Automatic and Started
(you change the settings by double clicking on the service)

XPUSER,

Beleive it or not, SSDP Discovery Service isn't even an
available service. That solves that. Now, what do I need
to do to get SSDP Discovery Service available?

Thanks for the help so far.
