I have a project that is written in C# in VS2003, under Framework version
    1.1.

How much of an issue is it to upgrade to VS2005 Framework 2.0? Is it a case
of simplying opening the project in VS2005 and off we go, or are there some
potential nasties that we should be aware of?

    Cheers,

    Chris.
