unwanted toolbars and websites appearing

I have 2 icons on my desktop and 2 adult oriented search
bars on internet explorer and mt homepage has been
changed to one of the websites related to the search
bars. I have tryed deleting evrything I can find related
to these 2 sites but the icons and bars keep returning.
They are "i-lookup.com" and "portalsearching.com". Please
help if you can. Thanks.

Hi Ray,

ILookup is an IE toolbar providing a search box and link buttons. It also
adds bookmarks to the Favorites menu (mostly affiliate links) and hijacks
the homepage, address bar search and sidebar search.

Download the iLookup killer from here:

To remove the Toolbar: Use ToolbarCop:

Manual Removal:

Also, use Ad-Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) to scan for any other spyware.

so far I have not been able to make your fix work. Followed the steps and Ilookup is still there as are the toolbars.

There are many variances of this spyware. Try the manual removal steps from
