Somehow underlines suddenly appeared under the text onall
f my Desktop Icons. In addition, when in Windows
Explorer, all of the file names are now underlined.
Clearly I accidentally changed something. How do I
change it back?
Thanks!
Jeff

In explorer: tools, folder options, general tab.
Also in internet explorer: tools, internet options, advanced tab, underline
links area.
Set these as you like.

Hi,

Open Control Panel and then the mouse icon
Slect the 'File and Folders' radio button to double click
to open rather than single click.

Regards,

Tim

PurpleHaze,
Thanks! Your answer fixed my problem. Not sure how I
accidently set that, but it is now corrected. Thanks
again for the very quick response.

Go to Windows Explorer, Tools, Folder Options. Under Click Items as
follows, select double click to open an item. Press apply and then
press OK. Hope this help.
