unattended installtion with device driver

Hello,
I'm trying to automate the XP installation in a new PC. I
was successful in installing XP in a fully automated
manner now. So now I'm trying to do more. What I want is
to automate device driver (video, sound, NIC) in the
unattended installation. If any of you know how to do that
using CD, please let me know.
