Unable To Use Add/Remove Programs

Use W2K Pro, SP-4 + most SP-5. I've erased or lost the detail
to my add/remove programs. I see a graphic in the window that
appears but no list of programs.

What have I done?

Can I fix this with help.

It's possible you've got the msblaster virus, the past few weeks ive seen
this quite a few times, simple to check if you have or not, just press CTRL
+ ALT +DEL so you can look at task manager and look under processes and see
if you have one called msblast.exe runnig if so you have the blaster virus.
You need to download the msblaster patch from Microsoft web site and clean
the virus from the pc.

Thank you Duncan. I have and am using a Symantec program
'FixBlaster.exe' for sometime without it finding anything.
Task Manager does not show anything either.
